Involvement of Rāhu in a Rāja Yoga is one of the most favorable combinations for a nativity. Ancient sages assert that राहुरैश्वर्यदायकः। which suggests that Rāhu grants prosperity.
According to Garga Muni, Rāhu is considered highly auspicious when occupying the Lagna in Meṣa, Vṛṣabha, or Karka. Śrī Kalyāṇavarmā and others have quoted similar verses in their respective works.

It is noteworthy that in the Muhūrta chart of India’s independence, Rāhu (the lord of a śubha sthāna) is placed in the Lagna in Vṛṣabha Rāśi. Consequently, the commencement of Rāhu Mahādaśā in 2032 is expected to usher in a period of growth, progress, and overall rise.
Those who keep repeating that Rāhu is Mleccha clearly have not studied the classical texts carefully. The sign occupied by Rāhu changes the entire interpretation.
A change is needed in the way Jyotiṣa is studied. If one relies only on internet astrology without studying the scriptures, Rāhu in the Lagna will be hastily judged as something extremely bad.
The scribe has written in his X post:
I can state this with confidence that Rāhu in the Lagna is in fact a very powerful and beneficial placement for Bhārat.
